WHO WE ARE

One place to arrange your property services.

Urban Property Compliance helps homeowners, landlords, letting agents and property managers arrange the services their buildings need.

Managing a property often means coordinating different inspections, professionals and documents. Our role is to make that process easier to navigate: understand the requirement, agree the scope and arrange the right service for the property.

Whether you need a single certificate, a combination of landlord checks or advice on a wider improvement project, you can start with one enquiry.

WHAT WE DO

Support throughout your property’s lifecycle.

Property certificates

Arrange domestic and commercial EPCs, EICRs, Gas Safety certificates, PAT testing and fire risk assessments. Our forms focus on the information relevant to each service.

Building information

Asbestos surveys, floor plans, inventory reports and SAP assessments help you understand, document or plan work on a property.

Energy & retrofit

Explore retrofit assessments, EPC improvement plans, property energy consultancy, portfolio reviews and low-carbon planning to inform your next decisions.

Technical services

Tell us about electrical work, plumbing or heating requirements so the scope can be reviewed and the appropriate professional can be arranged.

HOW WE WORK

Clear scope. Coordinated service.

We work with assessors, engineers and subcontractors serving different areas of London. The service required and the property’s location help determine the appropriate professional for the job.

Before work is confirmed, the property details, service scope, price and visit arrangements need to be agreed. For services that depend on the size or complexity of a building, a tailored quote is the starting point.

Once an assessment or inspection has been completed, its findings and the relevant report or certificate provide the basis for your next steps. If you have a question about a booking or document, our team can be contacted in writing.

For one property or a portfolio

Homeowners can arrange individual services. Landlords can combine EPC, EICR and Gas Safety inspections through our packages. Agents and portfolio managers can enquire about requirements across several properties.

Prices that reflect the work

Where pricing is available online, the form uses your property details to calculate it. Two-service landlord packages receive 10% off the combined service price; the complete three-service package receives 15% off.
